Sapphire Hotel

i like how they treat you very professionally, specially Mr. Aghali in the reception and Mrs. Ayda in the restaurant, both of them are super professional and i must go to them every morning to say hello. i like the way they treated me and how they fix the issue in my room within minutes. Also not to forget the sweet lady in the night shift, she is a super professional lady with magnificent capabilities of hospitality.

Location, value

Liked everything . Location, staff, cleanliness. The location is great, close to everything and the hotel is on a quiet street. This is not the first time I have been staying at this hotel. Price, quality is fully consistent. Advice communicate with the staff without problems, if something does not suit you, just let me know and everything will be great. Communicate with notes of humor and positive will not leave you for the entire period of your stay. Thanks to the manager, a very adequate young man, he understands the main thing perfectly. They asked for a standart room and they are waiting for us with champagne in 5 minutes in a deluxe room for the same price. Thanks to all.

The breakfast was very good and the serving staff very helpful and friendly.

best in class location! nice room, great bed, super people at receptions and restaurant bathroom would need some renovation, but allover still 10+ excellent price/value-relation would stay at this hotel again photos on the web-page are actual and up2date!
