The location is very convenient! How nice it is to go out in the morning and find yourself in the still deserted old city in 5 minutes, passing through the beautiful fountain square. Or in the evening, standing on the balcony of your room, watch the leisurely stroll of Baku residents and tourists. At the same time, the hotel is quiet and comfortable. Fresh, aesthetically decorated rooms. Very friendly and attentive staff. Cool "rain" shower in the bathroom. There is an impression that not everything has yet reached perfection. The hotel is new, everything is clear, some shortcomings simply drown in the sea of the general impression and, of course, are forgiven. I will just note this so that for me there is something to strive for. After all, the heavy entrance door is now opened by a special person (that is, the criticism of the guests is really taken into account) Well, those who consider this unacceptable in the top five should look for another option (2-3 times more expensive) so as not to be disappointed. That's probably all! I envy those who are just starting to discover Baku!

I was staying in this hotel for the first time. I stayed for a short time, but I had a lot of fun. I liked the comfort of the room, the cleanliness, the central location of the place, the smile of the workers and their ability in their work. I stayed in this wonderful hotel. The room had all the amenities, a comfortable shower, toiletries, an iron, slippers. Comfortable beds and pillows. Cleaning and water delivery were done every day. Breakfasts (buffet) were delicious, filling and varied. The hotel is located next to the embankment and not far from the metro, so it was very convenient to travel. Many thanks to the hotel staff for our vacation, we liked everything.

i like how they treat you very professionally, specially Mr. Aghali in the reception and Mrs. Ayda in the restaurant, both of them are super professional and i must go to them every morning to say hello. i like the way they treated me and how they fix the issue in my room within minutes. Also not to forget the sweet lady in the night shift, she is a super professional lady with magnificent capabilities of hospitality.

The rooms were spacious and bright. The bed was orthopedic and clean. The hotel was newly renovated. The cleanliness was at the highest level. The staff were so friendly and warm that you feel at home. The breakfast was an open buffet and there was so much variety that you are amazed. There are many negative reviews about this hotel on booking.com, I think booking.com should fix them. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

2 days before I did reservation from this hotel. The rooms was very large and clean. The Staff was very helpful and that s why I made reservation for my friend in this hotel. 2 minutes to NIZAMI street by a walk. i very recommend this hotel.
