The hotel is new, everything is clear, some shortcomings simply drown in the sea of ​​​​the general impression and, of course, are forgiven. I will just note this so that for me there is something to strive for. After all, the heavy entrance door is now opened by a special person (that is, the criticism of the guests is really taken into account) Well, those who consider this unacceptable in the top five should look for another option (2-3 times more expensive) so as not to be disappointed. That's probably all! I envy those who are just starting to discover Baku!

The staff were so friendly and warm that you feel at home. The breakfast was an open buffet and there was so much variety that you are amazed. Breakfasts (buffet) were delicious, filling and varied. The hotel is located next to the embankment and not far from the metro, so it was very convenient to travel. Many thanks to the hotel staff for our vacation, we liked everything.

i like how they treat you very professionally, specially Mr. Aghali in the reception and Mrs. Ayda in the restaurant, both of them are super professional and i must go to them every morning to say hello. i like the way they treated me and how they fix the issue in my room within minutes. Also not to forget the sweet lady in the night shift, she is a super professional lady with magnificent capabilities of hospitality.
